Work is performed under a written statement of work (SOW) that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Engagements begin after mutual agreement and any required deposit.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for your project are assigned to you upon full payment. I retain the right to reference non-confidential work in my portfolio.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. This is a summary — your SOW governs the full relationship.
